      Absolutely no work life balance at all in dev and QA teams - “Almost every dev here work 24x7 like support engineers” Micromanagement everywhere No food/cafetaria No transport or cab service provided Very poor male-female ratio Toxic culture overall You won’t have time for anything other than work, sometimes you are expected to work on weekends too. All of the above points apply to most of the teams in Samsung ecommerce Chennai, think before you join here!
