      Pros

      They hire great people, as long as they stay your peers you'll have a great time. Conferences, once or twice a year you get together with the national team. Always a ball!

      Cons

      Higher ups encourage and reward micro-management. Once a peer becomes higher up, you can see them shift. Obsessing over checking into centres, looking at timestamps on photos, pushing for more but not providing more resources. Oh and the pay!!! Dont even get me started on how underpaid I was. With my job straight after this I was given a 40% bump!!

      As a large corporation, it provides a very structured environment that’s great for learning semiconductor design and development. • Benefits and expat assignments are solid, offering stability and global exposure. • Many talented engineers with deep expertise, so there are plenty of opportunities to learn.

      Cons

      For long-term career growth, external experience may be required. • Salary is not particularly competitive compared to industry peers. • Bureaucracy and heavy processes can be frustrating for those who want fast growth and flexibility.
