Pros? A good team that supports one another mentally.
Cons
Everything. From a mentally crazy boss who curses at you, physically abused (pokes your shoulder, hits you on the back with a big smack, uses a pen to hit your cheek) and gives you the worst directions, making you do the most ridiculous things ever and even questions why you leave on time (despite having work done) and why can’t you work on weekends. Forces you to submit a full fledge excel tracker within 30 minutes, mind you it was requested that moment and it’s a brand new tracker to plot. Telling you there’s no such thing as try your best, u must do it there and then. All she needs to hear is “Yes boss. Ok boss. Will do it boss”. If you intend to apply for a role here, take my advice and don’t even bother. Your mental health is worth more than the salary here.
