      Great Brand and great products People are mostly very smart, ambitious, hard working, helpful and typically humble Environment is fast paced (which I like), and with sales growth during CV-19 lockdown bonus rewards have been good

      Cons

      Executive management change with inadequate communications has resulted in challenges across the org with many lay offs and employees concerned on whats next HR does not manage strategically, they are just order takers and resulted in chaos Morale is down with many people now leaving

      High politics at the management level. Below par qualifications. Rewarding themselves with promotions and ridiculous hikes and year-end bonuses. All employees got frustrated and left the company. No diversity. No work-life balance. Nothing. Business model: Hire cheap university graduates and thrust with the illogical mundane workload.
