      Pros

      Great people that are really passionate about their work. The growth is offering a lot of learning opportunities (including learning budgets!) and motivating projects, while keeping the right work-life balance. We can see the managers care and want to build a good company culture. Benefits & perks are definitely a big plus.

      Cons

      The growth is fast, so you need to be able to be flexible and adapt, but I see this more as an opportunity.

      Pros

      Good discounts for Samsung products, usually get around half price for new phone launches and about 35 percent for other products.

      Cons

      Never work in the service department. Death in the family? You're expected to work. Feeling sick? You're expected to work. Certain managers love to throw out that they care about your personal and mental health, but they don't, as soon as you miss a few days for genuine issues, you'll be having a talk to.
