      One of the largest brands in the world, with great products Opportunity to work with other best in class businesses and agencies Great place to learn fundamentals for your role Vast number of resources

      Cons

      It's an extremely competitive environment, if you can't get results you are toast Korean working culture regardless of what country you're in Some colleagues will actively screw you to get ahead Managers tend not to care about your well being so you need to negotiate your wants

      Great overall compensation package and excellent benefits. They also strived for work/life balance and letting you work from home when necessary.

      Like most companies, it has it's share of politics but aside from that great place to work.
