      Well structured and has huge number of employees around the world .

      Cons

      No time limit of work hours. Salary does not increase fast and yearly evaluation system is bad.

      Pros

      You won't get fired if you are from top engineering colleges. Even if you hardly contribute.

      Cons

      sub standard quality of work. I am a good programmer from one of the IITs, and most of the time I spend in Samsung, I didn't write a single line of code. Wasted time on working on a tool, for which you do not even need to be an engineer. Koreans are not good towards the indian employees and impose weird and strict rules. If you are a talented person, try to get out as soon as you can. If you are average/below average programmer, work hard and survive here.
