      Good pay to keep ppl.. some employees there are good to know but at the end of the day its like a mafia

      Old minded ppl, korean style, no employee engagement, who you know entitled where you reach, a lot of polutics, very low competence, high turnover, negative culture, no policies or creer path

      Salary. Various position. If you be good at PPT, Word and presentation. you will succeed in Samsung.

      Cons

      No work balance. Overtime is repeating every night. And Samsung electronics is now trying to change company culture like start-ups. But Korean senior managers don't modify their mind, they have been doing always "top-down" process. You would experience strict culture. As well, you would feel your idea goes through many challenges, as soon as you suggest creative ideas(although there is also no much time to think that),
