Most of the jobs are reuse, in the beginning very interpesting than more of the same. Management doesn't care about the employees, present themselves as a family company buy are far away from it. They present themselves as big company but act like a small startup. Before tapeout the management expect you to work 24/7 which is common in the industry but you spend many hours waiting for licenses. They got order to close a group, the next day they fired the people with one month notice in the middle of August knowing that there is no way to found a job untill November (summer vacation and holidays). One week before the decision this group start working on the most important project of Samsug Semi Conductor, one month before they finished working 24/7 on a other critical project. The site manager didn't even fly to Korea to try to change the decision. One week later they announced on company happening to the employees and there families during the notice period and didn't invite the people that were laid off. The meaning of closing this group (backend) is smallest project to the site. The compensation isn't transparent, in the end of tbe year the human resource manager decide how much to give you without any critirias. I recommend no one to go there since with this management I see no future to the site.
