      Pros.. 1) Competitive salary 2) encourage every one for innovation. If you have new ideas then it will be heaven for you.\ 3) You will get time to improve your programming skills . As samsung organises many programming compettions.

      To much restrictions in work place for security reasons. No work from home. gmail and yahoo is blocked :(

      - Very advance in technology - Very secure job ... they dont fire anyone in any case - Better pay structure, decent benefits - Brand

      Cons

      - Full of morons, particularly at the middle management layer - Work culture is dictated by no of hrs worked, not by quality. - Dynamically changing requirements, not a company to make long term carrier with - Great on site policy is now screwed up ... No benefits there.
