      - Job responsibilities are clearly defined - Communication platform is easy with internal messengers (good for global communications) - Fact Based management, where decision is made based on available facts

      Cons

      - Sense of hierarchy is too strong, and thus voices at the lower rung of hierarchy are often not heard, or ignored without explanation - Strange rules that is probably due to the domain organization culture. Might result in miss-understanding, if one assume otherwise and does not comply - Rigid ways of management, and usually is slow to take a balanced decision (always seeking acknowledgement through higher hierarchy).
