      Interesting people and projects. Creative and innovative environment. Freedom in choosing the ways to do things. Adequate management and absence of micro-management.

      Cons

      At the time I don't know any considarable drawbacks, except of relatively strange relocation package, which becomes active only after 3 monthes' probation period.
