      Pros

      Competitive salary, yearly profit sharing bonus, good benefits, great location if you're working in the Seoul offices. And all in all, an amazing life experience to be working in Korea!

      Cons

      Global employees at Samsung in Korea mostly have a hard time because of the language barrier and cultural differences. Don't expect meetings and emails to be in English. Everything is still in Korean and most of the top management and support teams do not (want to) speak English. Also very top-down, hierarchical, lack of meritocracy, etc.
