Pros

I'm working in a polish department. This is a big company with many opportunities and many people to learn from.

Cons

Big organisation means lots of communication. And this is on not good level in samsung. Projects schedules are not realistic. There is always big push to finish project on the not taking into account many project delayers not controlable in project.

Cons

1. Quality of work is not good. 2. Work culture is not good. 3. Unplanned work, have to work overtime, also many times on weekends.
