Pros
This is still a rapidly growing company, where there is a lot of excitement around the products, which are excelent. It has become a prestigious brand, and it is a company branching out with big investments in the country. It is a place where a lot can be done and experienced.
Cons
There is little real confidence and automony for "local" staff. Which means that the "us and them" (meaning the korean expats) divide is very strong. There is little space for internal career moves, and in a very intense environment and not so healthy climate, people tend to move out quickly.
