Pros
It's a nice change to work for an organization where we are all working towards a shared goal, and where management is there to back up our needs in terms of equipment and people. The collaboration and idea-sharing is great, and personal growth opportunities are available. Good work/life balance.
Cons
There are the usual IT annoyances, but I believe those are pretty much universal.
