      No future in this company as a foreigner No chance for engineers to move back to home country subsidiary Stuck in an outdated management system Getting on a good team (or not) totally random Language of the group is definitely Korean Can be disorganized Company does not value anyone as an individual, especially not a foreigner

      Nice place to work, flexible timings, good campus with all the facilities. good benefits

      Cons

      less career advancement, you will face of difficulties in commmunicating as the basic language of communication is korean, less people talk in english in meeting and seminars.
