      Pays a little higher than industry standards Product based Company Free facilities(break fast + lunch + Dinner + transport) Good technical work

      Cons

      A little higher pay can cost you dearly :) Typical Korean culture is followed(work, work and work) little or no work life balance( expect late nights + weekends often + if @ onsite then work like dogs) horrible HR policies Commercialization projects are pathetic reduced onsite component recently

      Nice building, including gym. Colleagues communicate well.

      Cons

      Korean's do never trust "locals". Quite young expatriates with bad command of English give instructions to competent European Managers.
