1) Miserable work culture
2) Insecurity from top to bottom.You work good and you get screwed.
3) No training available.
4) Incompetent managers, no training, no morality. Samsung goes with perceptions and relations!
5) Timings 8.30a.m. You are late, it is half day.
Fixed time for lunch. Fixed time for cafe!
6) Hypocracy is style of management. No reverse feedback. Manager can decide anything and say,
You have to come on saturday because "I say So"
7)Developers are solely resposible for every thing. Lots of tension which in other companies managers resposibility.
8) No appreciation! Lots of politics
9) No work from home, no trust from employer. They think you will steal the code.
10) Moral lectures with no ground. Pathetic leadership. MD comes late and forces every one to come at 8.30.
11)Spineless managers, schedule,pro-active communications, setting right expectations is crap thing in Samsung. Schedules are done on managers fantasy and developers are screwed till last penny
12) 90% people leave in bad terms and don't come back.Samsung culture makes sure that manager will screw you in resignation period.
In all miserable miserable work place. If you have worked in any of US based MNC, don't ever come to samsung. Ever!
