      Pros

      Job security is relatively high comparing to other firms in the industry. Also salary level is relatively higher than competitors in Korea.

      Cons

      Job rotation or opportunities for juniors to develop their careers in the organization are little. The organization is very conservative.

      Pros

      The reputation of Samsung Electronics employees are good. So if you decided to work in Korea, it would be a good place to start with. The support and working environments for engineers were really good, so I could spend most of my time on my own development. Easy to get expenses for books, servers, and etc.

      Cons

      Personal life had much less priority. Many people were promotion-oriented, especially at the management level people. Working hours were much more than 40h, but sometimes not that tight during the working hours.
