Pros
1) More short term onsite opportunities when compared to other companies ( but also depends on individual teams ) 2) Job Safety
Cons
1) Worst possible workplace and more like a school environment ( need to come to office at 8am ) 2) Huge amount of workload 3) Spineless managers ( A will say that his manger B wont accept, B will say C wont accept and C says D wont accept this ) 4) No direction of why we are doing some work and what we are doing it sometimes 5) No appreciation for good work 6) Just Seeing code for 12 hours a day is enough to survive here 7) The work we do is assessed by number of lines in our status report
