Pros
Best of both worlds: US offices are small, so you get a small company feel but with the power and backing of one of the largest companies in the world. The offices have a mix of people from various product groups. Extreme cultural diversity makes everyone feel at home. Those with great ideas really do get ahead. Willingness to do whatever it takes to make a project work or to please the customer.
Cons
The cultural diversity can be difficult for those with low emotional intelligence. Misunderstandings are frequent but there is a genuine desire to understand opposing views. Definitely an environment for people who like to work hard.
