1. For some roles, work/life is HORRIBLE. You will regularly have hours of meetings in the evenings/nights, multiple times each week. 2. Some managers are missing soft skills. It seems like their lives evolve entirely around their work, and they don't get that work is just work for others. 3. If you are Korean, expect separate social events just for Korean employees and don't drive for these occasions. You will be drinking alot, even in the middle of the week. Folks will openly mock you for bringing a car. 4. Your voice will not be heard in this company. It's a vertical organization and all major decisions flow down from HQ in Korea. You are just a cog in a huge machine. 5. There is a lot of bureaucracy and office politics. On the surface, it looks like everyone is collaborating and helpful, but once you understand the dynamics between teams/projects, that's not always the case.

Work/life balance is a joke. Managers lack the ability to communicate with employees. Everything is dictated by HQ in Korea. Executive leadership has no understanding of selling or supporting businesses. Favoritism and age discrimination at least in my department. We had 3 folks over 50. 2 were let go including myself and none were ever promoted. In comparison, the 8 that were under 50 were all promoted. Most miserable place I've ever worked
