      I had a job there.

      Cons

      Bullying, yelling, rude, disrespectful, Treat and tell women outright that they don't get paid as much as men because men support their families. Treat women like they are less than. Work 60 to 80 hours a week and told it is expected and most people work more than that because we are salary not hourly. Call constantly at crazy hours of the morning and night with work problems.

      - Work setup can be limiting, as there are only a fixed number of work-from-home (WFH) credits available per month. - Employees are required to take a monthly algorithm exam, which can add pressure on top of regular responsibilities. - Team experience may vary, as some project managers follow a more traditional, delegation-heavy approach, which may affect workflow efficiency and decision-making.
