They have a desirable brand.
Cons
It's the military. Hierarchical and status driven. The interview process discusses the concept of how desirable it is to work for Samsung. Fanatical in Korea. Irrelevant everywhere else. They treat staff outrageously. Forget your OTE, they will go out of their way to avoid paying you. The simple task of expense reclimation is a war of attrition. They are cheap and nasty. Avoid at all costs.
