If you stay here for 2 years you will mess up ur skills and become jack of all trades. Hard outtimes so you have to stay at least 9 hours within office. Now a days another policy has started ie tests.. subjective questions with 100 % negative marking so no job security also . If you have compulsion to stay in the NCR and can compromise with all this .. then its your dream place .
