      … if you get the right team Lots of freedom to work on my own interests, minimal red tape, quick feedback loop from implementation to production

      Cons

      Work can get boring during leanish times. Minimal usage of AI for coding. Korean might be a requirement for greater career growth

      - Breakfast, lunch, dinner provided (takeaway also available) - Great infrastructure (Gym, swimming pool, sports clubs, convenience store) - The fact that it's a very big company has its perks, you have opportunities to do a whole different thing from your previous job scope

      Cons

      - Very strong hierarchy, juniors don't get to speak out loud - Difficult to move to another team or division - Some teams have very bad work life balance
