Thank you for your review. We strive to provide employees with competitive compensation and benefits. Schneider Electric also focuses on providing internal opportunities for our employees, and building our internal talent through experience, exposure, and education. We want all employees to have a great work/life balance, and our newly launched North America family leave policy was redesigned with our employee needs in mind. We believe policies like this will lead us to be a more inclusive and diverse company and ultimately, a better long-term home for our employees. We are a large organization but we're focused on improving communication and collaboration so that we can remove any unnecessary hurdles and get things done quickly. Thank you for your honest feedback.

Pros

I honestly sat and thought about this to be unbiased and always document some 'pros' as there should at least be something positive to document. I could not come up with any.

Cons

Where do I start. I have read the reviews above especially the feedback from Schneider telling employees to go to HR with their concerns, HR is not Confidential and does more damage. Train HR and Management or eliminate the damage and bring in new. The good ole boys network must dissipate. Smoking the 'green', erratic behavior is all an embarrassment that everyone notices but Schneiders senior Executives that tell our customers and Partners you turn your heads and do not care. Talent has left to our competitors, customers have gone to those who have left and the oblivious eyes are doing what? You have potential if you take the blinders off and take a good look around. Hello France - take a look at the US.

We are disappointed to hear about your experience. At Schneider Electric, being open is one of our core values. We encourage transparency and most importantly ethical behavior from everyone, everywhere. Schneider Electric has clearly defined Principles of Responsibility, which outline the legal and ethical principles that must guide all of us in our work. Every employee is required to learn about and adhere to this set of principles. These principles are driven by three fundamentals: laws, ethics, and social responsibility. We have a system in place that encourages employees to speak up without repercussions to their manager, human resources or other internal functions such as finance or legal. If any employee wants to escalate a concern, we encourage them to use our R&ED (Ethics) Line, which is a 100% confidential, 3rd party neutral reporting system. All reports are investigated and corrective actions are implemented. No employee, whatever their position, has the authority to order, request or even influence another employee to violate our Principles of Responsibility. Employees can access the Principles of Responsibility and the R&ED Line by visiting ‘Our Commitments’ in the ‘Our Strategy’ section of the global intranet. We expect all our employees, regardless of their level in the organization, to demonstrate ethical leadership behaviors every day. This is our commitment and a critical element to our culture. Thank you for sharing your review. With individuals like you who are open about feedback, we will make positive changes for everyone.
