      Pros

      You are given every opportunity to succeed, at least in my department, as long as you are willing to take ownership of your career. The people are passionate and really care about one another. The focus on energy is present in every aspect of the business.

      Cons

      The process of bringing all the separate entities together as one is somewhat complicated and takes a lot of time. Systems are still not all together, with some employees on Outlook and most others on Lotus Notes. Those on Notes don't like it and those on Outlook don't want it, but it seems inevitable that is the system of choice.

      Salary, Benefits, Product Quality, Customers, Distributors

      Cons

      Management can be very good or very bad and no one seems to notice. Too much reporting just to let management look like they know whats going on. Sales & Support don't report to the same chain leaving a disconnect and poor decisions. Budget control from one department can penalize other departments.

      Open Culture , not much of office politics , rather flat hierarchy , gives global exposure . Teaches good marketing processes

      Cons

      Country managers change very frequently ( 3 years ) and therefore no push to grow business .Focuses more on soft issues rather then business growth . compensates for this by inorganic growth through M & A
