      Promising ---Disappointed to be gone

      Pros

      Schneider Electric is strong when it comes to a work-life balance. The average employee ---even administrative assistants --- are given laptops. This allows everyone to work from home IF NECESSARY. While I witnessed many taking advantage of this benefit, I only witnessed one ro two folks abuse it. I don't know if it was the company, or the supervisor...but we had trust and respect that is hard to beat in both directions.

      Cons

      Very clicky! If you don't have the right boss, you won't stay employed longer than 12 months.

      global company not much pressure good atmosphere for work

      Cons

      compensation is fair only communication problem happened quite often No Bonus Freezed salary since 2008 for ALL EMPLOYEES Instead of providing funding for training, they enforce you to take safety training, which not very applicable to non-onsite engineers

      Pros

      TAC business unit very well positioned to take business in commercial and other markets with a complete solution. Products are superb and rich in depth, quality, acceptance.

      Cons

      Businesses tend to exist as islands of information, competency. Much competition for resources, prioritization for capital funding, special projects, staffing etc. As a result business unit heads tend to view allied businesses as competition for the above rather than logical business partners to create, build new business.
