I worked in Scopic for 4 years and grew from PM to Senior PM. The company provided all the grounds for my growth. I had very interesting and diverse projects, and worked with great engineers from different countries and backgrounds. I had amazing direct management at Operations department. The Resource team is awesome, the company has solid processes in place for remote work. Everyone is polite and caring.

Cons

The company operates within a certain $ range, hence, you have to manage your expectations with the start pay and further raises. But if you are just starting with remote work and global team, the benefits are wider than just the pay.

- Ability to work on many projects with cutting edge technologies - Very flexible working hours (you can define your working hours) - Friendly and helpful staff - Transparent and fair 360 performance evaluations - Up to 30% anual increments - Well defined and documented processes to assist the work from home culture

Cons

- Idle hours time to time. But that happens rarely when you are moving from one project to another and you can always request paid trainings in such cases.
