- Very flexible work hours - Huge project diversity

Cons

There are no employment benefits (i.e. additional health insurance, paid time off etc), and there is some downtime between projects, however the compensation is great and it can easily offsets this.

- low number of vacation days - no paid sick leave (very limited benefit options in general)

- Great challenges and opportunities - Flexibility in working hours since everyone have different time zones - CEO cares about the employees and is willing to be hands-on at times

Cons

- Require more time to get responses from your coworkers due to the time differences, however this is not a big problem as long as you (and your coworkers) are willing to be more flexible - No insurance
