      Pros

      Scopic has a dynamic environment where the company is running 24 hrs a day. It is amazing how fast things are solved considering our teams all around the Globe! I love the fact that you can work from everywhere on your schedule, flexibility will suit you the best at Scopic! Management is approachable and always happy to help. On the other hand, feedback is also transparent.

      Cons

      Sometimes it may look like you are working a lot of hours, but since you make your own schedule, it all depends on your productivity and time management :)

      - Flexible schedule; - Diverse teams; - Opportunity to change roles within the company; - Projects for different industries and business from different countries that enable the personnel to develop a helicopter view and be able to easily switch between projects; - Strong work ethic;

      - Primarily those associated with the remote work (e.g., the need sometimes to be available at late hours; unpaid time off);

      Well developed company with a good management system and interesting projects

      Pros

      Absolutely remote job that allows you no to waste your time on commute and work at any location you want. Good well-developed HR system that allows you to work without being distracted too often. Many quite interesting projects that allow you to demonstrate your talent.

      Cons

      Some people may consider remoteness of work as a downside as well as an advantage.
