This is by far the best place that I've ever worked. If you've been praying for supportive leadership, healthy work environment, positive company culture, amazing coworkers that seem more like family, fun workload, and work life balance, this is the place you need to be. Since day 1 I have nothing but an amazing experience here. I love what I do now so it doesn't feel like work! You actually get to meet the executives and believe it or not, they are normal human beings that actually don't take their titles so serious. I've met the CEO and VP and held impactful casual conversations with them! Last thing, your managers actually want to see you advance in your career so they encourage you to take necessary trainings to get you there. It's actually unbelievable how amazing the culture is here.

Cons

Not really a con, but the training information can seem a little overwhelming with the amount of information you're exposed to but with all the support you have across the company, you'll be fine.
