      Pros

      Some great people, passionate about what they do and genuinely desiring to be the best in their field.

      Cons

      Leadership don’t value staff except the inner circle. When your face fits everything is good, but speak out and you get sidelined pretty quickly. Lots of company culture committing to open and honest communication, but they don’t live by the same standards.

      Security is their core competency. They have passionate people that want to make a difference in the community. They are family.

      Look more within the company to find talent that is eager to grow beyond their current responsibilities to help bring ideas to the table to do more for our clients and grow the business.
