      Good benefits, nice people and good office location.

      Cons

      Male dominated culture with bad leadership at the top. No integrity in how they treat employees. Messy layoffs left the team with no leadership and no solution.

      Good community internally. Solid processes. Nice office. Solid product offering but quickly becoming outdated.

      Cons

      Lack of direction, politics, lots of people waiting for someone else to do something. Products falling behind market with client satisfaction declining quickly. Benefits are subpar. Wrong leadership in place. Afraid to take chances.
