Poor management, lack of training, no direction. Very cut throat environment. After 60 days if manager (after not being in the office everyday and not even talking to you) will give you a month to resign or be put on a performance plan with emphasis you will be fired after a week.

After spending several years with the company, it's become apparent that I have no opportunity to grow my career. This after any previous promotions was myself asking for them. Many who work hard and contribute a significant amount to the organization are often overlooked for any form of promotions. In my current role I've been told I have no chance of getting any promotion, so for me at least there is zero incentive to improve myself. As a result my only opportunities are to switch roles, or find employment else where.
