      Pros

      Most jobs offer decent flexibility in terms of remote employees and working off site

      Cons

      The company does not invest in employee development , evaluates employees very quantitatively, is very bureaucratic, has weak company culture, has poor internal tools. They sell the company as a startup environment but the only characteristic it shares with a start up is poor organization and poor short to mid term planning.

      Good people, decent money, hires people with little experience in the industry and trains them well. Great stepping stone to get into the industry

      Cons

      Management does not care, they are all metric driven, would not get credit for all work or if you find several opportunities in one account
