      Pros

      Great people and leadership. Best at MSSP in the market hands down. Fantastic clients and opportunity for growth here. I would recommend to anyone.

      Changes quickly, which can be good for the company but not for every employee. Quick growth can sometimes lead to limited resources.

      Great and fair pay for inside sales, great people to work with

      Unrealistic expectations for role and not clearly defined job description. Job description changed drastically after about a year's time with additional responsibilities by the plenty and no pay increase. Supreme lack of communication across the organization. Questionable career advancement ethics, policies, and process. Have witnessed nepotism in ugliest forms on different occasions.
