Multinational presence. Strong name in the rubber industry. Strong know how on compounds, especially for cost reductions

Unstable top management in combination with poor senior management on key position created base for company crisis, with poor customer focus.

There is nothing good to share. Peers are friendly. You can do the things your own way as long as you do not step over to another person leg.

Cons

Double standard. They do not do what they preach. Process implemented but no one wants to follow so the process is there to see but nothing is done.
