Old style management with strong resistance to change. Poor senior mgmt leadership with only short sighted planning

Pros

Nice and Cosy office. Good training ground for junior executive who invest time to learn and do.

Cons

Expect long working hours with continuous fire fighting situations. Defined processes not lived and allowed in the company. Mgmt not focusing on long term solution rather focuses on short term fix. Employees voices not heard,only on paper. Obvious racial discrimination.

Pros

Nice office,Salary is reasonable,Employees are helpful and friendly but the management level are not. Most of the member in board are new and hoping that they bring in the new style of management to "rescue" this company.

Cons

1.)Process not in place and people did not want to listen to suggestion, every department has their own view and does not cooperate with each other; 2)no bonus as business is not doing well; 3) no communication among departments; 4) no appreciation from the management, all u do is just do and do and give you more works which are outside your job scope. 5) the whole management board is new, the removed the old batch of the management board and hopefully to have a new style of management and a clear direction but the employee who works in the company is still the same and resist change; 6) the compliance is not in place as always see a double standard to the different employees although they are in the same office and same ranking, just because the person is closer to the person in charge??
