1.)Process not in place and people did not want to listen to suggestion, every department has their own view and does not cooperate with each other; 2)no bonus as business is not doing well; 3) no communication among departments; 4) no appreciation from the management, all u do is just do and do and give you more works which are outside your job scope. 5) the whole management board is new, the removed the old batch of the management board and hopefully to have a new style of management and a clear direction but the employee who works in the company is still the same and resist change; 6) the compliance is not in place as always see a double standard to the different employees although they are in the same office and same ranking, just because the person is closer to the person in charge??
