Pros

No pros nowadays, before there are stocks, increase but those days are gone

Cons

Work load is not balance. No increase, no new RSUs provided. There are lots of coasters. So if you are a good engineer, you will carry the load of all the other engineers coasting and not given any increase or stocks. If you are a minority, you will work double but receive half as much.
