Pros

Great brand and solutions, market leading.

Cons

As an SC we are increasingly doing more, sales (AE's & Client Directors) getting away with far too much, not doing all of their duties, skiving off work during working hours, sometimes not even turning up to client calls and delegating to others in the wider organisation, usually the SC. Very weak sales director leadership is not pulling them up on poor work ethics. SC's are increasingly overworked, undervalued, and have to fight for recognition and there are very limited career prospects.
