Pros

Nothing is really carved in stone at Servicenow so you can pretty much do what you want as long as you achieve your goals. Goals are only financially driven by the way. Everybody is making a lot of money which is good for overall atmosphere :-) I am not sure however that the huge focus on making a lot of money, buying expensive cars, etc is beneficial to the quality of the product...

Cons

The ServiceNow product actually has many bugs and sometimes it seems we are just running one big cover up operation to keep this away from customers and prospects. Bug fixing takes way too long also, I am not a technician but apparently due to the infrastructure and the many customisations through scripting that customers do, upgrades become more and more difficult and cause more issues and therefore the time in between releases keeps increasing.

Pros

Fantastic product, great technology, overall great people to work with.

Cons

Many VPs who have joined lately the company have not adopted the ServiceNow culture. They copy/past what they have done in the previous lives and bring some outdated approach/culture/management style. Shame.

Pros

In the time I spent at ServiceNow it was apparent that people had great drive and determination to reshape their market and solutions.

Cons

I found that communication at the organization was abysmal, the senior management communication was good and clear but when it got down to those in the company there was confusion, lack of direction and lack of actionable initatives. Also I found that it was very hard to 'get going' in the company little guidance or mentoring available as such felt lost in the hubbub of it all and thus rapidly became demotivated.
