Pros

Good work culture. Strong focus on AI. Benefits are decent (₹15,000 OPD reimbursement + ₹5 lakh health insurance). On-site gym and wellness programs. Daycare facility for women employees.

Cons

Pay of existing employees is not revised much.

Pros

Good work env. Good pay. Work life balance maintained. Good learning curve.

Cons

Recent restructuring and layoff has impact the whole QA department. Many senior qa roles are eliminated and all QA are asked to move to dev roles within next 1 year or leave. For some it might be an opportunity to move to dev role and at the same time for some it might be an overhead. So current the situation is risky here
