Pros

Good work life balance. Above average payscale. Stock is very strong. Great leadership. Friday Half days to avoid burnouts is nice, hope it lasts.

Cons

Requires a lot of training and configurations initially. Platform is too big and can get hard to navigate. Too much documentation and processes needed. Deadlines and processes delay releases and contributes to some unneeded efforts.

It's a rocket ship ride and very busy so working there is not for the faint at heart.
