The best part about ServiceNow is the work culture. They are quite warm and welcoming. There’s enough room for you to keep growing in an organisation like ServiceNow.

Cons

Havent come across any cons yet. There are at times time management issues but that is manageable.

very good work-life balance. the company advocates diversity good stock plan. health care and life risk insurance. bonuses reflected by your performance

a big corporate and workflow are really slow. the company uses its own frontend development framework. Most of the development is being done with old technologies.
