Good work/life balance, strong community, grow opportunities

Cons

Management hired from outside, a lot of former Oracle employees (not a bad thing per se but it doesn't help in diversity)

Pros

Great culture - socials every Thursday, brand new office, good environment, and a friendly vibe. Work-wise I guess it depends on the org, work isn't as hectic as Bay Area companies.

Cons

It's hard to change within different departments, the pay isn't great.
