      Pros

      All the processes were transparent and clear including: * first handshakes ** onboarding meetups *** working and environment settings. The workload is high and the bar standards are the same. The good point is that work-life balance is maintained here. The term "what you see is what you get" is a match in this case. Worth joining the team.
